The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Medical Device Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading and executing the sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets for sterilization, surgical and IV site management products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Five (5) years of sales experience experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND Nine (9) years of sales experience AND
  • Current and Valid Drivers License
  • This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare from an accredited institution
  • Experience in Sterilization, Surgical or VI Site Management business or clinical settings
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with healthcare professionals to identify needs and provide solutions.
  • Experience in medical sales, preferably in the Med Tech sector
  • Strong understanding of selling in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets for sterilization, surgical and IV site management products.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of sterilization, surgical and IV site management products.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support clients, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasting business
  • Willingness to work occasionally on weekends or off-hours to accommodate business needs
