About The Position

The Medical Sales Representative will demonstrate an excellence in developing and applying territory business plans, calling on dermatologists who represent Eucerin & Aquaphor in Dermatology offices, which lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives. Additionally, they will coordinate with all field-based employees (Medical Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager, Brand Manager, etc.) to effectively drive promoted product(s) to Dermatologists within a designated geography. This full-time position includes base salary, strong incentive plan, excellent benefits package, paid time off, comprehensive training, fleet vehicle, full expense account privileges, and special recognition for top performers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4 year accredited university.
  • Minimum three (3) years of outside business-to-business sales or medical-related sales required.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Windows, IOS, and sales tracking software.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Minimum two (2) years of consistent, documented high level sales performance.
  • Recent working relationships with local Dermatologists is a plus.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Outside sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply territory business plans.
  • Call on dermatologists representing Eucerin & Aquaphor.
  • Coordinate with field-based employees to drive promoted products.
  • Understand and utilize sales reports and forecasts.
  • Implement and execute key marketing strategies.
  • Complete timely call reporting tasks.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Manage various resources, including lifting and handling packages up to 30 lbs.
  • Manage a storage unit and large quantities of samples.
