  • Account Management: Support the Territory Manager in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach to physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport with healthcare providers and key decision-makers through regular virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Educational Outreach: Coordinate and deliver product demonstrations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and follow-up meetings to educate customers on device benefits.
  • Prescription Volume Growth: Maintain and grow prescription volumes by increasing adoption within current accounts.
  • Customer Support: Assist with training, product inquiries, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Military career or college degree, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in medical equipment or related healthcare fields (orthopedic, DME, pain management preferred).
  • Proven success in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working independently in a field-based role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present to small groups.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Aptitude for quickly learning and explaining medical technology and terminology.
  • Proficient with CRM software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, AI, and capable of learning new platforms.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia area and be able to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
