Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a medical sales or related medical field role.
• Strong foundation in medical terminology and healthcare systems, particularly Medicaid.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Bilingual (preferred) to cater to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 80% outbound calls to engage patients with their health benefits, ensuring high levels of participation and satisfaction.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to educate patients on the importance of engaging with their benefits and the impact on their health.
• Employ persuasive techniques and motivational skills to encourage patient participation and adherence to health programs.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, preferences, and feedback to continuously improve the engagement strategy.

Benefits

• Base Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 annually
• 3 weeks (2 weeks + 6-7 federal holidays) paid time away and 401K
