About The Position
The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) serves as the designated first aid provider in the warehouse, coordinating the company's Global Safety Program. This role involves providing first aid care, analyzing safety issues, participating in the Workers' Compensation process, and recommending risk mitigation measures. The OMR is part of the onsite safety team, assisting with health and safety needs, attending safety committee meetings, and engaging with new hires.
