About The Position

The position involves planning and conducting visits to healthcare professionals to promote assigned products, disseminate product information, convey company messages, and achieve monthly sales targets. The role requires maintaining strong product and medical knowledge in the assigned therapy area to stay updated with current innovations and technology, which aids in promoting Hikma products. Additionally, the position entails following up on and reviewing Hikma products' performance within the market through client responses and competitor activities to monitor Hikma's positioning in the market. The candidate will also monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages, review sales performance, and develop marketing plans to achieve monthly sales objectives. Generating necessary reports, including business intelligence reports, market survey reports, competitors' activities reports, and events feedback reports, is essential for assessing performance and achieving goals. The role also includes preparing timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/sales reports to ensure optimum territory coverage and monitor competitor activities. Furthermore, the candidate will orient new sales representatives regarding areas of operations and assigned pharmacies to support them in achieving monthly sales targets and prepare and generate sales data sets to obtain key customer accounts and monthly products of focus.
