About The Position

The Medical Records Unit Manager (LPN) at Signature HealthCARE of Cleveland is responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to residents in a nursing unit. Requirements

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with a current state license.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
• Ensure the needs of residents are being met effectively.
• Support and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in the development and implementation of resident care plans.
