About The Position

Your Role in Our Mission As a Medical Records Specialist , your role is vital to the smooth operation of our Medical Records and QM Department. You will process and release patient information in accordance with valid consents, HIPAA, and other federal privacy regulations — all while ensuring data accuracy and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. This is a hybrid position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) with a competitive hourly rate of $16.00–$17.00 based on experience. Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Winterville, NC , and be available for regular travel to attend training sessions, team meetings, or for administrative duties. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or 2+ years of medical records experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical records processes
• Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, and communication skills
• Valid NC driver’s license and insurance required
