This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of patient records. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably some previous experience in medical records. Knowledge of medical record documentation and proficiency in computer applications are essential. The role involves performing repetitive procedures, operating office equipment, and maintaining courteous and professional telephone etiquette. Additionally, the ability to follow oral and written instructions is critical for success in this position.
