About The Position

Growing psychiatric practice in Kissimmee, Florida. Looking for an Medical Records Lead to perform: organize, test and ensure search-ability and access to medical documents, create, order and maintain and distribute forms, templates and reporting documents, coordinate chart audits and checking for completion, must have great grammar skills, may photocopy records and documents for billing and/or legal services; sends and receives information via facsimile machine, must know how to prioritize and multitask, transcribing, must have knowledge of HIPAA Law. Convenient office location, fair compensation arrangement and full time position. Proficiency in grammar, writing composition and reading comprehension required. Candidates MUST complete the written testing module through Indeed to be considered for this position. The candidate must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with filing sensitive documents.
