About The Position
Ensures the batching, dropping, and faxing completed exam reports, QA of reports and patient letters and makes corrections as necessary. Making sure previous exams are solved in patient’s PenRad account. Ensures that all new referring physician data and changes and/or corrections are made in an accurate and timely manner to our report and billing systems. Takes report calls questions from physicians, clinics, patients and re-faxes procedure reports as requested in a timely manner. Performs quality assurance on abnormal patient reports, patient report letters; ensures the copying of positive films and relays information in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
- HS Diploma / Equivalent
- Bilingual, Spanish, required
Nice To Haves
- Medical terminology certificate
- Minimum of 2-years of experience
