About The Position
Entry Level Medical Records Coordinator, working on site at Saint Mary's. Coordinates and monitors daily activities for the Health Information Management (HIM) department. Maintains the integrity and availability of the medical record to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements. Performs health record quality audits to maintain the quality of documentation and assess record integrity.
