About The Position
The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for compiling, processing, and maintaining the medical records of hospital patients. This role ensures compliance with administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements, including those set by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
