About The Position
This vacancy is for a GS-0669-12, Medical Records Administration Specialist located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, HSWL MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION DIVISION. Duty location is in Norfolk, VA. The employee serves as the coding compliance specialist for health records, health information, and coding program for outpatient records (digital/electronic health record and some paper records) and performs a variety of duties involved with auditing, analyzing, and reviewing medical coding data and health records for the Coast Guard Health Program.
