About The Position

Join Our Team as a Medical Receptionist! Are you the kind of person who makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door? The Details You Need to Know: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00PM - 7:00 PM, Rotating Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a medical office (pediatric experience is a big plus!).
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), especially AthenaOne, is a bonus.
• Bilingual? Huge plus—Spanish speakers are highly valued!

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth, answer phones, and help families feel at ease.
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage patient check-in and check-out.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth office operations.
• Answer questions, assist with paperwork, and help keep things running efficiently.
• Work closely with providers and medical staff to support patient care.
