Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting

Responsibilities

  • Performs clerical, reception, and administrative duties in physician practices under the direction of the practice manager, physicians and RN
  • Responsible for check in and registration
  • Triaging phone calls and electronic messages
  • Insurance verification
  • All check out duties for patients
  • Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team
  • Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values
