Requirements
- Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides front office support in a physician office.
- Answers telephone promptly and courteously, takes accurate and complete messages, forwards, or answers inquiries as appropriate.
- Schedules all patients according to policy and procedures.
- Collects, verifies, and performs insurance eligibility into the practice management system.
- Collects patient co-payments.
