About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our busy medical practice and surgery center. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients, both in person and over the phone.

Requirements

  • Personable and empathetic with patients and their needs

  • Prior experience with medical insurance and front office procedures
  • 1 year of experience as a medical receptionist preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance eligibility
  • Patient check-in and check-out
  • Handling medical records and patient data entry
  • Posting charges and payments accurately
  • Assisting with various administrative duties as assigned
