About The Position
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist with strong customer service skills to join our fast-pace team at Internal Medicine! This role is patient facing and will be the face of Internal Medicine. In this role as a Medical Receptionist, you will spend time preregistering patients, including insurance eligibility, patient check in/out using EPIC, returning patient phone calls, importing and scanning records to charts, triaging patient concerns for providers/manager. Attention to detail and medical experience necessary. This is a Monday-Friday Opportunity and would be scheduled to work between the hours of 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday and you will be paid and off for the 6 major holidays. Requirements
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- one (1) year of experience in a medical office
- demonstrable skills in data entry, personal computer, communication and organizational skills or equivalent combination of education and experience
