About The Position

We have an opening for a friendly, experienced Medical Receptionist for our busy fertility clinic in Reading. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all our patients. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Weekends Required - every 5 th to 6 th weekend, 4 hours each day, both Saturday and Sunday (7:00am - 11:00am), with a day-off during the following week.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED , required.
Two years of medical call center or receptionist experience is required.
EMR experience preferred
