About The Position

The Patient Access Representative will support the Women’s Services team. This role provides both front-office and back-office administrative support to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Register patients at the front desk
  • Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary documentation
  • Assist patients with automated registration kiosks
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in
  • Escort or direct patients to their designated appointment rooms
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments as needed
  • Process insurance authorizations
  • Provide general administrative support to the Women’s Services team
