About The Position

Exciting opportunity to join a growing pediatric orthopedic practice as a Medical Receptionist! You will focus on providing high-quality patient care as part of our administrative team.

Requirements

• Professional References Required
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to learn/operate multiple computer programs (EMR, EPIC, Outlook, Phreesia, etc)
• Articulate and ability to use critical thinking

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• Longevity in previous position preferred
• Previous Medical Practice experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments (high call volume)
• Create and maintain patient accounts
• Insurance verification
• Accounts Receivable
• Check-In/Out
• Clinic Preparation
• Point of service collections and charge entry
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks
