About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Medical Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our new Daphne/Eastern Shore clinic. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience and ensuring efficient daily operations. Schedule: Our ideal candidate would have availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. As the first point of contact for our patients and families, you’ll be responsible for managing all front office duties, including but not limited to: Greeting patients warmly and professionally Managing patient check-in and check-out processes Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for evaluations and ongoing treatment Answering and directing multi-line phone calls Collecting co-pays and patient balances Running insurance eligibility and verification through our EMR system as needed Supporting the clinical team by maintaining positive and professional relationships with staff and families Overseeing general office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day function If you're passionate about supporting children and families in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, we’d love to meet you! Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and a heart for helping others

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a medical or therapy clinic setting preferred
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and insurance verification a plus
