The Parking Control Operations Manager will manage all parking control and taxi inspector operations, functions, revenue and budgeting. This position is responsible for establishing policies, systems, and managing all aspects of administrative court operations. The manager will track data and revenue, prepare reports, and oversee collections of delinquent accounts. Additionally, the role involves hiring, training, and managing staff, overseeing customer services, operations efficiency, and adjudication software systems. The manager will supervise the Parking Enforcement Supervisor and oversee enforcement operations, manage electronic ticket data and software systems that track citation issuance, and manage ADA enforcement while reporting monthly to the Committee for Persons with Disabilities. The position also includes designing routes, tracking deposits, preparing financial data, and establishing a system to maximize safety and minimize loss. Other responsibilities include managing parking enforcement vehicles, designing and implementing SOP guidelines, researching and implementing software systems for parking revenue management, and recommending new ordinances to address parking concerns.
