The position involves performing diversified secretarial duties including, but not limited to, typing various forms of correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, transmitting documents using computer, mail, and/or fax, recordkeeping, maintaining files and filing systems, taking meeting minutes, receptionist duties, and maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies. The role may also include performing related duties as required. Training is typically hybrid with onsite days varying, starting with day 1 onsite to obtain equipment. The training schedule usually lasts for 4-6 weeks, Monday to Friday. Once training is completed, the position becomes remote unless there is a mandated onsite day.
