About The Position

We have an opening for a friendly, experienced Medical Receptionist for our busy fertility clinics in the Philadelphia area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all our patients. THIS FLOAT Position is based in Bryn Mawr and FLOATING to our other area offices: Havertown, Philadelphia-Arch St., West Chester, Reading and Fort Washington. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Weekends Required - every 5 th to 6 th weekend for 4 hours each day, both Saturday and Sunday (7:00am - 11:00am), with a day-off during the following week.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED , required.
Two years of medical call center or receptionist experience is required.
