The Medical Receptionist is responsible for the front desk operations of a healthcare facility. This role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining patient records. The Medical Receptionist ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for patients and supports the medical team with various administrative tasks. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for welcoming patients and offering administrative support within a physician practice or center. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.
