About The Position

Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records Specialty: OBGYN Location : 3600 Stelzer Rd Ste 220, Columbus, OH 43219 hours of office: Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
Basic computer skills required

Welcome patients
Register patients
Gather insurance, check demographics
Soft collections
Answering incoming calls
EPIC
