About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical practice. This role is critical in ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality care to our patients while managing administrative tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of medical office management, and must be bilingual and willing to travel between Palm Springs, Port Saint Lucie, and Orlando.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical office management or a similar role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong background in financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Experience supervising staff and managing clinic operations effectively.
• Familiarity with medical management systems and electronic health records (preferably EMED/Eclinical).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of clinical and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle processes.
• Implement and maintain medical management systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
• Provide medical administrative support by developing policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic for patient documentation and data management.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team-building initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in practice operations.
