About The Position

Join a fast-growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing top-tier care across multiple Florida locations. Our commitment to excellence requires a skilled and driven Office Manager who can effectively manage our Trinity office while overseeing operations at other nearby practices. Our practices typically host 2-3 providers per location, providing comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. The Practice Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the Trinity office, with responsibilities that extend to overseeing locations within a 30-60 minute commute. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, a background in healthcare administration, and the ability to manage multiple sites. Experience with EClinicalWorks and billing is highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office/Practice Manager or similar role within a healthcare setting in a Primary Care environment, preferably with experience in multi-site management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, billing, and familiarity with EMR systems. Experience with EClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with EMR systems is required.
  • Being Bilingual in Spanish is REQUIRED.

  • Experience with EClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage the Trinity location, ensuring efficient and smooth operations, while maintaining a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and support administrative and medical support staff, working closely with providers to optimize workflows.
  • Leverage a strong billing background to oversee billing processes and assist with any financial or insurance queries.
  • Utilize knowledge of EClinicalWorks (preferred but not required) to oversee the effective use of EMR systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve office processes, patient experience, and staff productivity across all locations.
  • Track key operational metrics and report on the performance of each location, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with providers and patients, ensuring that patient satisfaction remains a priority.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee supply orders and budget for all locations.
