About The Position

Coordinator Medical Practice – Operations, under the direction of the provider, Manager, and RN Clinical Lead, plans, organizes, and directs patient flow on a daily operational basis Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization Specialty: Primary Care Location: 3667 Marlane Drive, Grove City, Ohio 43123 Hours of office: Monday- Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm What You Will Do: Provides nursing care, ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives, and exhibits professionalism in nursing practice within the model of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®. Abides by all federal mandates. Maintains adequate supply levels for all patient care areas, including medical, surgical, and pharmaceutical supplies. ·Assists with patient inquiries/concerns regarding medical care, medication instructions, and prescription call-ins in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner. Interviews, evaluates, trains and supports office staff in conjunction with the Manager. Creates and maintains staffing schedules. Coordinates activities and functions of the office to ensure a smooth patient flow.

Requirements

  • Education: Highschool diploma.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Clinical skill preferred
  • Experience: Two (2) years of practice experience required
  • Experience in leading staff preferred.
  • Current working knowledge of the importance of business office and clinical care area coordination.
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects: strong organizational skills; highly motivated and self- directed; and attentive to detail.
