Job Description: Scope: Supports clinical physics team in performing quality assurance (QA) tasks within the Radiation Oncology Department, including patient-specific IMRT QA, routine linear accelerator QA, CT QA, and OSLD QA. Supports physics group with clinical tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physics or related field required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking ability is required to troubleshoot issues with the machine.
• Ability to stay organized in complex patient care environment and meet required deadlines.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to stay organized in complex environment and meet required deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
