The Medical Physicist is a key member of the Radiation Oncology Team, responsible for managing treatment machines and developing optimal treatment plans for cancer management. This role requires a thorough understanding of radiation oncology, quality assurance processes, and the ability to utilize computer applications for treatment and dose distribution evaluation. The Medical Physicist will also lead quality assurance meetings and oversee departmental processes to ensure high standards of care.
