We are a fast-growing spa company expanding into a medical-grade aesthetic and wellness brand . We’re looking for a Medical Operations & Implementation Manager to oversee the rollout of medical spa services across multiple locations.
Transition spas into fully compliant medical spa facilities
Support hiring and onboarding of medical staff (NPs, PAs, RNs)
Manage vendor accounts & medical equipment setup
Travel to sites to train staff, ensure compliance, and launch services
Help roll out treatments: Botox, fillers, PDO threads, HRT, weight loss, lasers, microneedling, and more
Experience in a medical spa, clinic, or healthcare operations
Strong in project coordination, training, and vendor management
Knowledge of compliance/regulations (preferred)
Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 70%)
Clinical background (RN/NP/PA)
$3,500 – $5,500/month + bonuses
