Medical Oncologist (MD/DO) | Full-Time Location: Renton, Washington A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Renton, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Medical Oncologist to join its expanding cancer care program. This is a collaborative, patient-centered environment serving a diverse population, supported by strong system-wide clinical resources and multidisciplinary coordination. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (Hematology/Oncology)
- Washington State medical license (or eligible)
- Active/Eligible DEA registration
- Strong commitment to patient-centered oncology care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient medical oncology care
- Diagnose and manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
- Develop and oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with surgical oncology, radiation oncology, and specialty services
- Manage infusion center oversight and supportive care services
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination
- Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based oncology initiatives
