About The Position

The Helen F Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute (HFGCCRI) is seeking an experienced board-certified Medical Oncologist to serve in a clinical leadership role at our Wilmington Campus. The clinical leader is responsible for clinical oversight of the medical oncology practice, developing and executing on strategies to standardize the delivery of clinical care, developing and attaining established performance and outcome goals in collaboration with ChristianaCare's operational and service line leadership, and leading efforts across the organization focusing on advancing continuous improvement, continuous learning, and supporting organizational vision and goals.

Requirements

• BC/BE Medical Oncology.
• Ability to be licensed in the State of Delaware.
• Meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clinical oversight of the medical oncology practice.
• Developing and executing strategies to standardize the delivery of clinical care.
• Developing and attaining established performance and outcome goals.
• Collaborating with operational and service line leadership.
• Leading efforts to advance continuous improvement and learning.
