About The Position
Community Care is a hybrid practice, blending elements of an urgent care with those of a family medicine clinic. Most patients are seen by appointment with some walk-in capability. The clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. All employees at this location may be required to travel to our Velocity Care sites as needed. Provides day to day staffing in an outpatient clinic setting, both clinically and administratively, depending on the need of the practice. Accountable for performing all responsibilities of the HAA as well as clinical assistant responsibilities as appropriate based on training, education, and competency.
