Requirements

Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using phones, computers, and scheduling systems
A positive, team-first mindset with a professional approach to patient care

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally—both in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments accurately while balancing efficiency and patient needs
Manage patient check-in and check-out, ensuring all required information is collected and documented
Route messages and documentation through the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Provide essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly
Safeguard patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
