Medical Office Lead – Women’s Care – Full-Time, Days Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: 8160 Walnut Hill Lane, Suite 116, Dallas, TX 75231 Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p Women’s Care Department Highlights: Strong teamwork and collaboration Fast-paced, high volume inbound/outbound calls Compassion and empathy to our patients and the Team Join an innovative team working towards making healthcare more accessible, integrated, and reliable Here’s What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent (required) 2 years Front Office Experience in a Clinic Setting (required) or 2 years Back Office Experience in a Clinic Setting (required) Ability to perform multiple tasks in one setting Ability to work both independently and as a team Effectively communicate with staff, patients, vendors and other contacts Provide positive, professional customer service to patients, staff, and visitor Maintain patient confidentiality while handling all patient personal health information and records Demonstrate working knowledge of health care administration concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism Be a team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment What You Will Do Manages clinic staff on day-to-day operation. Assists in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues. Efficiently directs patient flow throughout the clinic. Coordinates general front office activities including, but not limited to: registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties. Assists the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times. Assists the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes. Assists the Practice Manager with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives. Provides direction and support to clinical staff as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.
