About The Position

Medical Office Lead Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Medical Office Lead Work location: 6401 Harris Parkway – Suite 120 Fort Worth, Texas 76132 Work environment: Office Setting Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Thursday (8am – 5pm), Fridays (8am - 1pm) Department Highlights: · Small clinic with wonderful team that is growing · Clinic closes early on Fridays · Potential promotional opportunities Here’s What You Need: · High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) · Two years of Front and Back Office experience in a Clinical Setting (REQUIRED) Orthopedic Office experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED) What You Will Do: · Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operation · Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues · Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic · Coordinate general front office activities including, but not limited to: registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties · Assist the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times Additional perks of being a Texas Health employee: · Benefits include 401k, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment Program as well as several other benefits. · Delivery of high quality of patient care through nursing education, nursing research and innovations in nursing practice. · Strong Unit Based Council (UBC). · A supportive, team environment with outstanding opportunities for growth. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
Two years of Front and Back Office experience in a Clinical Setting (REQUIRED)
