Medical Office Associate - All About Children
About The Position
Want the opportunity to help cultivate tomorrow's generation? Join the Penn State Health All About Children clinic! Providing general primary care for pediatric patients, this clinic averages 85-120 patients/day, so no two days are ever alike! The Medical Office Associate for this position will check patients in and out of appointments, verify insurance, prep charts, manage Primary Care Provider (PCP) changes, process forms and scan relevant paperwork as well as handle referral scheduling. The ideal Medical Office Associate for this position will have optimal organizational skills and know how to multi-task. The MOA will be required to complete at least one late evening and one early morning shift per week. The office is closed on weekends and holidays, so be sure to apply!
