A Medical Office Associate II, also known as a Front Desk Receptionist, is responsible for providing day-to-day support operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring high-quality customer service to patients. This role manages both the front and back of the office, including billing support, scheduling, coding, patient communication, and filing.
