Responsible for completing pre-billing activities and reconciliation of charts for multiple levels of service. Responsibilities

Responsible for daily reconciliation of trip reports in various platforms.
Daily advancing of charts/ trip sheets.
Work daily TEAMS reports. Missing list, GY report, signature report, etc
Maintain open communication with billing agency.
Actively participate in weekly TEAMS call and answer patient calls.
Create invoices for AHS facilities.
Work with dispatch for various billing issues.
Establish and maintain a working relationship with co-workers and other operational departments.
Maintain open communication with the supervisor and manager.
Maintain knowledge of all information systems CAD, EPIC , EMS Charts.
