About The Position
Are you looking to contribute to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents? Kartini Clinic, an internationally recognized pediatric eating disorder treatment facility in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a compassionate and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our team. Since 1998, we have treated more than 3,000 children and young adults with all forms of disordered eating. We are passionate about providing children and families with the treatment, support, and education they need both medically and therapeutically. We believe parents do not cause eating disorders and children do not choose to have them. We use a family-based treatment model within our partial hospitalization program (day treatment program).
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome families and check patients in for appointments
- Measure patient vital signs several times per week
- Answer incoming calls and address scheduling needs
- Complete various administrative tasks
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
