The Nursing Professional Development Staff Educator is accountable for implementing and supporting programs for staff development, education, quality, and evidence-based practice. The Nurse Educator must have strong presence on the clinical units to advance competencies of nursing department staff. Facilitates assessment and identification of practice gaps and learning needs. Supports onboarding, transitions to practice, continuing education and academic student placement experiences.
