Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Medical MRP Analyst to support medical readiness and rapid emergency deployment worldwide. Come join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC! In the role of Medical MRP Analyst, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and act as a consistent witness for Him. Maintain data accuracy across all MRP/ERP systems (Excel, Access, Serenic, SAP, and related databases) and ensure synchronization of Bill of Materials, item cards, and readiness modules. Conduct data validation and system audits to maintain readiness integrity and ensures digital and physical alignment of all inventory item cards across readiness modules. Develop and maintain automation tools and forecasting scripts using VBA, Python, or SQL. Builds dashboards and visualization reports to support global readiness decisions and enhance system efficiency through automation, workflow integration, and coding innovation. Serve as the technical point-of-contact for automation, database, and reporting tools used within the MRP ecosystem. Run MRP forecasts to anticipate material demand based on deployment cycles and consumption patterns and prepare readiness and capacity-planning reports for leadership review. Coordinate with the Medical MRP Specialist to refine models, improve planning accuracy, and recommend corrective actions. Generate internal manufacturing and assembly orders for medical modules and kits. Track expiration dates, maintenance schedules, and replenishment timelines and maintains readiness dashboards for consumable, durable, and pharmaceutical inventories. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational delays. Place Purchase Requests for durable and consumable Emergency Medical Response (EMR) and Community Medical Outreach (CMO) inventory. Assist with the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MRP operations; contribute to system testing, implementation, and upgrades in partnership with IT and Logistics. Provide subject-matter insight on data structure and system logic for integration between Med Ops, IT, and Logistics platforms. Identify process improvements and presents solutions to the Medical MRP Specialist for system enhancement. Provide technical training and mentorship to team members on use of analytical tools, automation systems, and data workflows to promote best practices and operational consistency. Deployment and Incident Response Support Serves on the Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) or Incident Management Team (IMT) as surge technical data support. Provide system setup, training, and troubleshooting during field hospital deployments. Ensure operational data flow, readiness tracking, and MRP system integrity throughout emergency operations, linking HQ systems with field data for real-time situational awareness.

  • Bachelors degree and at least five (5) years of related experience with Bill of Materials, purchase requests, and inventory management systems. Experience with ERP systems and Emergency Field Hospitals preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Thorough knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) code and ability to troubleshoot VBA code
  • Thorough knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) or Python preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of inventory management strategies and systems
  • Ability to track a large amount of information and monitor carefully to ensure all required details are present
  • Ability to communicate between teams and departments to manage inventory and finance requirements
  • Strong customer service skills that effectively resolve issues with positive interactions
  • Ability to convey technical information understandably to multiple audiences
  • Ability to detect inconsistencies in data sets and make informed corrective decisions
  • Advanced knowledge of macros
  • Fluency in English (required)
  • required travel documents and vaccinations for entry into foreign countries will be necessary.
