The Medical Materiel Specialist III shall include but are not limited to providing supervision and overall operational responsibility for medical logistics functions to include advanced medical supply chain activities and biomedical equipment maintenance functions.

Requirements

• Expertise in medical logistics, supply chain management, and biomedical equipment maintenance.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor's Degree in business or logistics related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Medical Logistics field experience.
• Specialized experience in supervision and overall operational responsibility for medical logistics functions.
• Experience in a healthcare or healthcare support setting with a comprehensive understanding of medical WRM, FHP, and IMAHR program management.
• MMIS assemblage management expertise required.
• Must have a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Medical Materiel Specialists level I and II activities and coordinate with the COR.
• Oversee medical supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, storage, and distribution of medical materiel.
• Ensure medical logistics operations align with Air Force, DoD, and federal regulations.
• Manage the acquisition, tracking, and replenishment of critical medical supplies for deployed and contingency operations.
• Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve response times.
• Maintain accountability and readiness of medical materiel to support mission requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
