Requirements

Master's degree in library science from an ALA program with an emphasis on medical librarianship, and one year experience
OR
Bachelors, and three years' experience

Responsibilities

Deliver High-Impact Search ServicesUse your expertise to perform in-depth searches across specialized biomedical, business, and education databases. Support physicians, staff, patients, and library users with the critical information they need—right when they need it.
Educate & EmpowerProvide engaging, hands-on training and research support for both staff and patrons. Help others become confident navigators of library resources through workshops, one-on-one support, and documentation.
Keep Us Running SmoothlyMaintain and document library systems, processes, and procedures with precision. Manage the online catalog to ensure all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
Be the Go-To for Collections & SubscriptionsOversee serial subscriptions, contribute to collection development, and track material orders to keep our library stocked with the best and most relevant resources.
Stay Ahead of the CurveKeep up with emerging tech and library trends. Your insights will help guide strategic decisions and future-ready programs.
Collaborate & InnovateContribute to continuous improvement efforts across the library’s services and workflows. Your ideas matter here.
