What You Can Expect In this dynamic role, you’ll go beyond traditional librarianship. You’ll be a trusted partner to physicians, staff, and healthcare consumers—delivering expert search services, offering impactful training, and shaping the digital and physical library environment to support cutting-edge healthcare and education. In this position, you will have the opportunity to: Deliver High-Impact Search Services Use your expertise to perform in-depth searches across specialized biomedical, business, and education databases. Support physicians, staff, patients, and library users with the critical information they need—right when they need it. Educate & Empower Provide engaging, hands-on training and research support for both staff and patrons. Help others become confident navigators of library resources through workshops, one-on-one support, and documentation. Keep Us Running Smoothly Maintain and document library systems, processes, and procedures with precision. Manage the online catalog to ensure all materials are accurate and up-to-date. Be the Go-To for Collections & Subscriptions Oversee serial subscriptions, contribute to collection development, and track material orders to keep our library stocked with the best and most relevant resources. Stay Ahead of the Curve Keep up with emerging tech and library trends. Your insights will help guide strategic decisions and future-ready programs. Collaborate & Innovate Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the library’s services and workflows. Your ideas matter here. Requirements

Master's degree in library science from an ALA program with an emphasis on medical librarianship, and one year experience OR Bachelors, and three years' experience
