About The Position

Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking two qualified Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) for a full-time, day-shift opportunity in Johnson City, TN. This role offers an excellent work-life balance with no weekends and no holidays required. Candidates must be credentialed MLTs. Requirements

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited program
• MLT certification required (ASCP or AMT)
• Active Tennessee state Medical Laboratory Technician license required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
• Accurately document and report test results
• Follow all laboratory safety, quality control, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
